As of September 2026, Lodestone House will become our new catering provider. This partnership reflects our continued commitment to providing pupils with fresh, wholesome and nutritious meals that support their health, wellbeing and enjoyment of school life. Girls and boys take lunch in the dining room, located in Harvington Hall.
Their ethos is simple: garden to kitchen to classroom. They source fresh, whole ingredients with integrity and prepare them with skill and attention to detail. Education is part of every plate, helping pupils understand where food comes from and why it matters, through engaging activities from the dining hall to the classroom.

At Durston House, we strive to provide pupils with varied and imaginative menus using a combination of fresh, healthy and seasonal ingredients. Menus are produced by committed teams with a real passion for food and service. School lunches are compulsory for all pupils. The cost per day is £5.20. This will include a healthy morning snack, a hot lunch and a dessert. There is a three-week rolling menu that will be in place for a full academic year.
