We are committed to provide those pupils who need it, with the extra support required to help them succeed.

Our aim is for pupils to become independent learners who can embrace their studies, confident in the notion that they are supported by specialists who understand their needs and who can enable them to thrive academically, preparing them for a world beyond Durston.

Throughout Durston, our Learning Support Team liaise closely with subject or class teachers to ensure that each child’s need are fully understood and are accommodated in the classroom.

“My sons are receiving a fantastic holistic education, which covers much more than academic success.”
