Durston House School employs over 80 full-time and part-time staff in both teaching and support roles.
The school offers a vibrant, supportive and stimulating environment for any teaching professional. In addition, the diversity of support roles available provides a wealth of opportunities for a whole range of specialists and professions – from administration, finance, marketing and IT to buildings and grounds maintenance and catering.
Our 350 pupils are accommodated in 3 buildings, however, we operate very much as one school, taught by over 40 teachers. They participate in a multitude of extra-curricular activities throughout the year, including sport, music and drama. In term-time the school operates five days a week, with some sporting fixtures on Saturdays.
